7:00 pm Presentation on “The dirty work of sustainable communities in Massachusetts” by Andre Leroux, executive director of the MA Smart Growth Alliance (MSGA)
Leroux is the executive director of the Massachusetts Smart Growth Alliance (MSGA), a coalition promoting healthy and diverse communities, protecting critical environmental resources and working landscapes, advocating for housing and transportation choices, and supporting equitable community development and urban reinvestment. Prior to working at MSGA, he was the director of planning and policy at the Lawrence Community works and co-authored the PolicyLink report Voices from Forgotten Cities: Innovative Revitalization Coalitions in America’s Older Small Cities.
The program is free and open to everyone. Dinner is $15 ($10 for AIA members).
