Scott Edmonston (Virginia Tech ’03, President AIA DE) is the Founder and Principal Architect at SEA Studio Architects – a young, tight-knit, growing practice located in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Scott and his diverse team at SEA are focused on establishing an honest architectural language in a unique, rapidly evolving coastal region, which has otherwise been void of critical design thinking throughout its recent development. In the office, and within the firm’s local radius of influence, Scott has spearheaded an advancement of sustainable architectural practices, along with an elevated concentration on human-centric design. Such values have landed Scott and his team with seven AIA Delaware Awards over just the past several years, and the firm’s primarily residential portfolio has quickly expanded to now include a variety of community, commercial, and cultural project types in Delaware and Maryland.

He holds a Master in Architecture from Arizona State University, and received his Bachelor of Science, Architecture, degree from the University of Maryland. Ted is a registered architect in the District of Columbia, Texas, Utah, Massachusetts, and Ontario, Canada.

Darin Jellison is a graduate of Cornell University and a principal at Blackney Hayes Architects in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Education and hospitality are his core markets in the practice, but he serves as design principal on a wide array of project types, scales, and regions.  Mr. Jellison enjoys cheering on his wife of over 20 years and their children in all of their pursuits, and writing and performing music as a singer-songwriter with Guilt By Association Records.
